   障害物を乗り越えながら1秒でも早くゴールを目指すという、モトクロスを題材にしたレースゲーム。ファミリーコンピュータが誕生した当時のファミコンソフトをGAMEBOY ADVANCE用タイトルとして発売する、「ファミコンミニ」シリーズのナンバリング4。

   プレイヤーはウィリーや前傾姿勢、ターボといったテクニックを駆使し、全5つのステージクリアーを目指していく。たとえばハードルを走り越えるときはウィリーしなければ転倒し、ジャンプした時の地面着地もバイクの角度を適正にしなければ転倒してしまう。ジャンプ中は前傾姿勢で飛距離が伸びたり、ターボを使うことで飛躍的にスピードを上げられるといったテクニックなども用意されている。さまざまな技を使ってタイムトライアルに挑むというわけだ。

   モードによっては敵レーサーも出現し、プレイヤーの走行をじゃましてくる。ゴールタイムが悪ければ次のステージに進むことはできないので、ターボ走行を最大限利用した果敢な走りが要求されるようになっている。（田村 雅）

あまり宣伝していないように思われますがファミコンミニのエキサイトバイクにはセーブ機能がついています。セーブできる内容は↓
・ベストラップ
・デザインしたコース
上記の２点です。ファミコン時代にはしたくてもできなかったセーブ機能がついてこの値段は買いだと思います。ただやはり古いゲームなので

当時遊んだ思い出があるなど理由がないとおすすめはできません。

ファミコン時代にかなりやりこんだゲームでしたので、いの一番に
購入しました。最近、自分自身が忙しくなったのに加えて、
ゲーム自体が巨大化したこともあり、ゲームからとても遠ざかって
いましたが、エキサイトバイクによって「寝る前のひとゲーム」が
気軽に楽しめるようになりました。３Ｄでも、５．１ｃｈサウンド

でもないですが、逆に創造力を働かせてくれるすばらしい作品
だと思いました。

ファミコン版を持っていますが、こちらも買ってしまいそうです（＾＾）転んだ時に急いでバイクに駆け寄るレーサーの姿が忘れられません（笑）いろんな障害物をクリアしていくのが、楽しいです！
