3.0 out of 5 stars トムハンクスとメグライアン・・・この組み合わせが最高ですが・・・, 2005/9/13
　トムハンクスとメグライアンの組み合わせ、会話の掛け合いに思わず笑ってしまいます。しかし、波にもまれる小型船のいかにもな揺れ方や学芸会の芝居の舞台の作り物のような火山、思いっきり楽しんでしまえと飾り立てられた現地人、・・・このリアリティーのナサにも思わず苦笑い。おまけにストーリー展開の都合のよさにも笑ってしまいます。
　好き嫌いの別れるところかもしれないけれど、アメリカ的（？）大笑い映画と思ってみればそれなりに楽しめます。何と言っても、トムハンクスとメグライアンで演じる映画で笑って楽しめるのですから、是非一度ごらん下さい。

ナンセンスなコメﾃﾞｲなので単純にストーリーを楽しみたい派にはお勧め出来ませんが、期待せずに見るには最高の傑作です。ただのラブコメディーだと思ってると損します。魂で演じる役者が、B級映画の中ですごいメッセージを伝えています。私はこれで役者としての彼が大好きになりました。あの日の感動を忘れる事など出来ないのであります。ストーリーは置いといて、そこからはみ出す彼の個性を味わって欲しいです♪

私はこれでトムハンクスのファンになりました。作品自体、かなりナンセンスなので、ストーリーを楽しみたい人にはお勧めできませんが、期待せずにマッタリ観る分には最高！満月のシーンでは宗教的な感動があり、鳥肌が止まりませんでした。トムハンクスの感受性、演技力、人としての底力を知った思いでした。
