　ジャンケン的要素のバトルで、国捕り合戦をしてるような感じなゲームです。
　主要キャラには音声が入っていますが、バトルでの台詞が単調なので飽きが来るのが早い面があります。あと、会話シーンが全て同じ止め絵なのも残念です。セーブに2ブロック必要な所もちょっと…

　最初のマインドブレーカー編をクリア後その他の勢力もプレイできるのは、ちょっと嬉しかったです。どうせなら、ブロッコリーなどの少数勢力までプレイできたらと思いました。

最近、デジキャラットにょを見始めた関係でこのゲームをプレイしてみました。ケースにデ・ジ・キャラット（デジ子）がいますし。
　早速、領土を増やしていく。失敗でリセット又はロード、成功でセーブの繰り返し。なんですが、このデータの読み込みの遅さと言ったら・・・。

　ただし、このゲームのメインである戦闘は何となく楽しいような気が。コンピュータの裏をかいた時はニヤリ。だが、逆に裏をかかれた時は泣く泣くリセット。全ては運次第でサクサク進む時もあれば、逆も然り。
　決して万人受けするゲームではないので買う時は注意が必要かと。自分は気が短いと思う方はやめておいた方がいいかと。

戦闘はじゃんけんの要領で行い、東京全区を占領が目的と単純で分かりやすい。戦闘は運次第でハラハラするかと思えば、相手によってそうでない時もある。ＴＣＧの要素がしっかり再現されてて良かった。しかし、スキルの表記が分かり辛い。ストーリーは意外としっかりしている。ネームレベルキャラにはボイスが入っており、イベントや戦闘中に喋ってくれるのも良い。キャストはＤ.Ｕ.Ｐ.の３人や他数人出演している。ストーリーモードは１度クリアすると２週目以降は他勢力でプレイ出来る様になるし、マインドブレイカー同様ストーリーがちゃんとあるのも嬉しい。でじこも結構戦力になって安心した。メモリーカード２ブロック使用や、ロードスピードの遅さも難点である。
