最近では巨人・清原選手のテーマとして有名になった「とんぼ」よりも、
このシングルで注目すべきはカップリングの「ステイ・ドリーム」です。
これはライブ・バージョンですが、オリジナル・バージョンや
セルフ・カバー・バージョン、或いは他のライブ・バージョンのどれよりも
カッコイイです。このシングルか、アルバム『シングルズ Vol.3』で

聴けますので、一度は聴いて欲しいです。

あんまり剛さんの事を知らない人でも｢とんぼ｣と聞けば｢長渕剛｣と答える確率は9割を超えることはマチガイナイ。清原が巨人時代に使っていたテーマ曲でもある。興奮せずにはいられない名曲だ。
