育て方は、モチベーションとスキルアップについて書かれています。具体的な方策が記載されており、すぐに実践できる内容だと思います。人材育成は、つい忘れがちになりますが、会社を伸ばすためには、忘れてはいけない大切なことだと改めて感じました。辞めさせ方は、著者の経験に基づいた内容が書かれていますが、法律を遵守したうえで社員の人生を考えて対応しなければいけないと実感しました。

『「できる人」「できない人」を1分で見分ける方法』に続き、著者の本を購入しました。人事の仕事ではありませんが、具体的な社員の育て方を読み、社内で自分がやるべきことが見えてきたような気がします。会社は、人が財産だという言葉にも共感しました。2ページ見開きで書かれていますので、とても読みやすかったです。

表面的な施策を並べているように感じました。著者の今までの著作は、採用、転職などが多いことから、人の「見分け方」の専門家かもしれませんが、人の「育て方」の専門家とは正直？？？・・・・・。
