私は気が弱いせいが頼まれるとなかなか断れない。
いろんな断り方の本をみたがどうも釈然としない。
しかし、この本をみて分かった。私は自分を持っていなかったんだ。だから自分よりも相手を大切にしてしまう。この本のおかげで生きるのが楽になった

私は自分が自分でわからない。
存在も、個性も分からない。

そんな私が、自分として生きてみたいと思って
手にした１冊。
読みやすいです。
ただし、考えさせられることが多く、
また、悲しみや、どうしようもない感情が
次から次へとあふれます。

自分に向けられたものであるとして、真剣に取り組む時
かなりの痛みと悲しみと時間が掛かります。

いつのひか、自分が自分であれる日のために私は何度も読み返します。

16才で「対人恐怖症」と診断されて以来、人間関係は正常になったことがありませんでした。「アダルト・チャイルド」という言葉は「大人になれなず歳だけとっていった人」というような意味だと思っていました。この本を読んで、やっと自分がなんだったのか分かってきました。対人恐怖症、鬱、不安恐怖症、…色々な診断の末、現在の主治医がこの本を勧めてくれたことで、少しホッとしました。「少し」と言っても、とても大きなことです。２０年以上かかってやっと辻褄の合うものに辿り着いたからです。
