別冊リツコングでおなじみの、ハーレー乗りのエッセイスト　国井律子さんが、今回は自転車で3泊4日のさぬきうどん「　食べ漕ぎ　」サイクリングです。
讃岐路を、さまざまなうどんを求めて自転車で軽快にかけめぐります。

軽快なリツコブシよる、詳細なウドンレビューを読むと、すぐさま　さぬきうどんが食べたくなります。写真やイラストが満載で、おもわず出かけたくなります。

うどんめぐり初心者のかたにも安心な　食べ方１０傑やセルフの仕組みもノッテマス。お店の所在地、営業時間等の情報もまとめてわかりやすくノッテマス。

うどん以外の讃岐路の情報もたくさんノッテマス。

5.0 out of 5 stars なぜ、うどんとサイクリングなのか、がわかる楽しい本, 2009/9/12
国井律子さんと言えば、一般にはレディーながらバイク（ハーレー）乗りであり、放浪の旅人というイメージが浸透していると思うが、なぜ国井さんが今、さぬきうどんなのか？　そして、なぜバイクではなく自転車なのか？と疑問に思われる諸氏が多くおられるのではないかと思う。

しかし、本サイトで入手し、きれいな写真を多用して終始明るい本書を読んでみて、理由がさまざまなところに書かれており、その答えを知った。

「人類は麺類！」と唱えるクニイ氏が、これまで四国は香川県高松に通い仕事をし、触れてこられたすばらしい食文化をわかりやすく、明るく、楽しく、凝縮して紹介してくれている。

最近、国井さんはバイクのテレビ番組で瀬戸内海を経て四国の愛媛を訪れてその地区のすばらしさを世に紹介してくれていたが、本書でまた四国の新たな魅力の楽しみ方を自らの体験で世の中の人々に知らせてくれている。実際に本書を持って訪れた時には良きガイドブックになってくれるような、具体的で詳しく、おもしろそうな情報が載っているが、サイクリングに親しみのない人も、また、遠方に居てなかなか四国を訪れることのできない人にも、行った気分にさせてくれて、おいしいうどんをたくさん食べたような明るい気分にしてくれる楽しい本であると思う。
