手帳というと、
日々の予定を確実に消化していくための頼れるパートナー。
キビキビというよりも私なんかは、
バタバタと生活に追われるイメージがある。

だけどこの手帳は、使いやすさもさることながら
各月のエッセイがなかなか良い。

毎月律儀に少しずつ読む方もあるだろうが
せっかちな私は先にザッと目を通してしまった。

そして気に入ったのが、二月の「かなわなければ、それもOK」という言葉。
「野球選手だって10回振って4回バットに当たれば4割打者」
言われてみたらその通り。

新しい仕事をはじめ、ようやく一年。
まだガチガチに肩に力が入っていた私は、少し楽になったような気がした。

もう何年も、この手帳にお世話になっています。
月、週、日 のスケジュールがぱっと見てわかる作りになっているうえ、一日のスケジュールはタイムテーブルと ToDo リストがメイン。
各ページの余白には、その週にやりたいこと、やるべきこと、など好きに書けるスペースが十分にあります。
巻末の年間スケジュールも時々見返すと、自分の歩いている道が今どこに向かっているのか、見直すチャンスを作ってくれます。

灯台の時間、クッションタイム、60% の法則なども、実際にとりいれると生活にゆとりがでてきます。

このスケジュールに書かれている使い方に則って使うのも悪くないですが、せっかく自由度が高いのですから、自分なりにアレンジして使うことをおすすめします。
私は一番最初に、今年の目標や夢を書いたり、ToDo リストの欄に、その日の気分を書き足したりしています。
忙し女性には、特にお勧めの手帳です。

今年の夢かな手帳は今までと違う気がします。
今回は「夢をかなえるための手帳」というよりは
「自分を好きになって前向きに生きるための手帳」です。
確かにネガティブでは夢を諦めてしまいがちだし
夢を叶えるためにポジティブ思考はいいことですがね。

今年の夢かな手帳は今までこの手帳使っていた人向けという感じなので
初めて手にとる人はまず「夢をかなえる人の手帳術」を読んでから使うことをオススメします。
