今　動物のお医者さんになって五年目になりました。
著者さんと違って大動物の医者になりましたが
実習のつらさは変わらないものだとわかりました。
獣医師になるには理不尽なことがあるのだと
知るにはもってこいです。
ただ　濃い内容を求めるものではなく
獣医の学生の（さぼることも含めて）生活を
かいま見ることのできる本です。

獣医師にあこがれる学生さんたち
一回読んでみたら良いかもしれません。

高校生の時、獣医さんになりたっかた私が学校の図書館で借りて読んだ本です。理想に夢を膨らませていただけに本当に衝撃的な内容でした。
あまりのことに泣いてしまい、現実の厳しさに獣医の仕事がどんなものかを思い知らされた気がします。
命にかかわる仕事を甘くみていました。動物実験の事はこの本で始めて知ったくらいです。
獣医さんを目指しているなら漫画「動物のお医者さん」とこの本を読むと大学生活がかなりイメージできるのではないでしょうか。

仕事関係でこの書を拝見致しました。
当時の獣医学部の学生がどんな勉強をしているかを書いた、画期的な本だと思いました。
おそらく、動物愛護的観点で、隠されてきた事実がこの書には描かれています。
著者の石井氏の本は、ずっと拝見していますが、この本が原点です。
これから獣医になろうと思う方は、是非一読して頂きたい一冊です。
