著者略歴 (「BOOK著者紹介情報」より)

岡野 純毅
1959年熊本市生まれ。1975年私立中学卒業後、離島の漁師。1976年アルバイトをしながらの全国放浪の途中、「現象学」に出合い「身体論」に目覚める。1977年「リハビリテーション」に出会い、作業療法士になることを決意。1979年文部省大学入学資格検定合格。1980年金沢大学医療技術短期大学部(現・金沢大学医学部保健学科)入学。1983年同校卒業後、菊陽病院勤務(作業活動とグループワークを学ぶ)老人保健法の機能訓練事業のリハビリとレクも始める。1986年長崎大学医療技術短期大学部(現・長崎大学医学部保健学科)文部教官助手。南阿蘇に山小屋を精神障害者5名といっしょに建てる。1990年同短大文部教官講師。1992年大学を辞め、フリーランスの作業療法士となる。1995年老人保健施設ケアプラザ伊都主任OT。1997年神村学園医療福祉専門学校で教員。2002年「手と手舎発達研究所」代表(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

作業療法士として働くなかで、レクはとても大きなウエイトを占める。作業療法士に限らず、老人施設でもいろいろなレクを実践されているでしょうが、定番のレクであってもその集団によって、反応は違う。しかし、レクは、画一的なものでなくてもいい。今やっていることを、その集団に適応させたり、その集団に反応があるようなものを生み出していくのにも、ヒントとなる言葉があった。いろいろな経験をされてきた岡野先生ならではの本である。レクを経験して、日々悩んでいる方に是非一読して欲しい。レクのなかで個々の人にスポットをあてる大切さを、改めて考えさせる本である。
