初めて自分の会社を作るためにこの本を買いました。じっくり読んで、一つ一つ準備しました。必要なことが分かりやすく書かれていたので、大変役に立ちましたし、付属のＣＤで定款等も作成しました。定款の認証までは全く問題ありませんでした。
しかし、今後の方のために幾つか指摘したいと思います。一つは、法務局への登記申請に出向いた時に、相談員から「申請書の上から3つ目の登記の事由の記載は設立の手続き（申請前の）が終了した日（例：1月29日）」と指摘されましたが、本の132ページには登記の日（例：2月1日）を記載する、とありました。また、決算公告を電子公告とする場合に、申請時に既に自社のURLを持っている場合、その記載方法については本に書かれていませんでしたが、これはＯCＲ用紙の「公告をする方法」の欄に、「電子公告とする。(http://www.・・・)」と記載するとよいと法務局で教えてもらいました。後、本では登記申請書と印紙貼付台紙の割印の位置がおかしく、このあたりの説明が不足していると思いました。割印や法的書類を作成したことのない人にもわかりやすい説明があるともっと良いと思いました。

会社設立をする予定なので、新会社法に対応している会社設立の本を探していました。
検索すると、上位にランクインされていて、値段もリーズナブルでしたので買うことにしました。定款のひな形が入っているＣＤ−ＲＯＭも入っていてお得です。入力も終わりあとは実行に移すのみです。予定通りに事は運んでいます。迷っている方は迷わずこの本を買ったらいかかでしょうか。

先月会社を作ったが、その時にこれを読んどけば良かったと言う所が１ヶ所あった。
まあ最近の本なので、しょうがありませんね。
来月起業する20代の知人に、この本をプレゼントしようと思います。
不満な所は時期ですね。先月に出せば良かったのでは？
星を減らしたのはそれです。
