本を読んで一人で練習すると変なクセがつくといわれますがこの本はCD付で一人で効率よく練習することができました。
外郎売がCDで聞けたのは嬉しかったです。

内容的にも基礎・発音・表現と、とても充実していたと思います。

初めての方に基礎から応用までしっかり学べる一冊だと思います。
オススメの一冊ですね☆

俳優修業などのとっつきにくい演技の参考書を買うより、まずこの辺の参考書で、演技の勉強をする方がいいと思います。

ＣＤつきのわりには、安いです。
養成所に行く前に、一度、練習をしてみましょう！！
