表紙の印象通り、光の演出を多用したイメージで統一されています。
自然光で撮られているので全体的に暗い感じがしますが、それがリアリティにつながっていて
目の前にいたら本当にキレイな人なんだろうなと感じます。
逆に、作りこんだフィギュアっぽい熊田さんの写真が好きな人は好
みに合わないかもしれません。（Love　Potionとか）

私は特段熊田さんのファンではなく、むしろ沢渡氏の作品にだいぶ前から注目している者です。沢渡氏の作品は最近だれの写真集を出してもひどくけなされるばかりですが、この作品は氏の実力を遺憾無く発揮したものと思います。なんら凝った衣装もメイクもつかわず、ナチュラルな描写のなかで、類い稀な熊田さんの女性美に迫り切っています。筋肉と脂肪の絶妙で美しい均整までもが、手に取るような質感をもって感じ取れます。やや芸術的な作品だと言えましょう。
熊田さんを敬遠していた者さえも、熊田さんの魅力にため息してしまわす、すばらしい作品だと思います。

特に誰かのファンとか固定したグラドルはいませんが、熊田曜子だけはなぜか継続しています。彼女の写真集はデビュー時から何冊か所有していますし彼女ほど写真やビデオが似合うモデルはいないと感じるからです。それをファンだと言ってしまえばそうなのですが？他のモデルほどひどい写真集が出ていない事も継続している理由かも知れません。それはなぜかと考えると彼女の方が写真家を食ってしまっているのではないかと思うからです。他のモデルで同じ写真家が撮影してひどい写真集を何冊も見てきました。しかし、彼女の場合それなりのクォリティーになってしまうのにはびっくりしてしまいます。今回の写真家は大御所といっていい写真家です。女性モデルやポートレートにも定評があります。それが熊田曜子をどのように表現するのか？すごく楽しみでした。結論から言うと「可もなく不可もなく」といった感じでしょうか？ただ、私の期待するモデルイメージ写真に近い写真でしたのでやはりよかったと思います。今回はタイトルどおり彼女の表情をかなり重視しいるのがわかります。アンダー目の写真（暗くて見ずらいという訳ではない）の中に何か秘めた彼女の表情と水着（すべてビキニで５パターンでやはり小さめです）のアンバランスさが素直に表現されていますし他のグラドル風の笑顔全開で卑猥なポーズは一切ありません。ただ、私にはそれが救いでした。最近の沢渡氏の写真集はモデルによってかなり落胆させられる写真もあるのが多かったので、やはり熊田曜子は写真家を撮る気にさせてしまうモデルなのかと改めて思いました。最後にこの写真集を実用的などと低次元な目的で見るとがっかりします。
