　アファメーションの手引き書とも言えるよくまとまった本です。アファメーションについて聞いたことがない方や少し曖昧な方であれば間違いなく「買い！」なわかりやすい本です。

　内容としてはマーフィーや引き寄せでおなじみの一般的な自己肯定文（＝アファメーション）についてなのですが、類書と若干異なる優れた点もありました。

　・「よりも」ではなく、「ような」で憧れの人に肖（あやか）る
　・「○○さんは私のために働いている」で攻撃をかわす

　もちろん、、「ネガティブワードはダメ」などの一般的な解説もきちんとされてあります。


　本書はなにより最後のトピックである「セチヤモデル」がすばらしいです。セチヤとは以下のとおりですが、単なる暗示で終わらずしっかり行動に移す大切さを訴えている点は評価に値すると感じました。
　・「セ」：成功するまで
　・「チ」：違うことを
　・「ヤ」：やり続ける

今までナポレオンヒルの「思考は現実化する」とか、神田正典さんのセミナーとか沢山行きましたが、夢を紙に書くのは大切だとはわかっていても、効果的なアファーメーションの作り方が分からなくて、三日坊主で今ひとつ活用できませんでした。いつも本屋さんで、アファーメーションの本ばかり探していましたが、やっと本物の実践書に出会うことができました。
巻末についているアファーメーション文例700は本物の実例が掲載されており自分らしいアファーメーションづくりに非常に参考になりました。成功したいビジネスマン、少し立ち止まって自分自身を振り返りたい時に読みたい一冊です。

タイトルを見たときは、最近よくあるスピリチュアル系の本かと思いましたが、読んでみると、いい意味で期待を裏切られました。ただ単に「夢や目標を唱えればいいことがある」という概念レベルではなく、実践方法や具体例が満載なので、人生もしくは仕事の目標達成手法として十分活用できそうです。特に、携帯電話を使った手法はイマドキであり、かつ合理的手法だと感心しました。今日からすぐに宣言したくなるような勢いのある文体も好感がもてます。
