山田昭男未来グループ相談役は昭和４０年、３４歳の時に４人で未来工業を起業しました。平成３年に名古屋証券取引所第２部に上場をはたし、創業２６年で、上場会社まで未来グループは成長したのです。発想の豊かさ、他社との差別化、社員のやる気を引き出す長期休暇制度などユニークな経営を山田昭男未来グループ相談役は本書において記述してます。混迷する現在経済状況の中で、経営者にとって必読の書物であると思います。

中小企業が勝つカギは、社員の｢やる気｣

社長の仕事は社員のやる気をそぐような不満を取り除くことという指摘は全く同感です。

ノルマなし　タイムカードなしで、社員を信頼し、自主的な活動に期待する、そんな経営者がいることにちょっと感動です。

成果主義の導入に躍起になり、採用なら｢契約社員｣と最近の風潮にすっかり乗ったままの会社経営者には是非読んでもらいたい一冊です。

ぼくのように任せる事ができきらずに悩んでいる経営者の方や
いつまでも、くちばしを突っ込んで来るタイプの
経営者の方は読むとうなると思いますよ。

楽して儲けると言うタイトルから受ける印象は
高確率セールス、あるいはなんか胡散臭い印象を受けますが、
内容はまったく予想外で、しかもすばらしいものでした。

差別化戦略の発想もキーワード一発で表現されており、
また、任せ方も一発表現されるだけでそのすばらしさが伝わる。
さすがの経営者です。

やる気にもなるし、おおらかにもなれるそんな影響力のある
すばらしい本です。
