田島 治
杏林大学保健学部健康福祉学科精神保健学教室教授。群馬県生まれ。杏林大学医学部大学院修了。医学博士。同大学医学部精神神経科講師、同精神神経科助教授を経て、平成12年4月より現職。日本うつ病学会評議員、日本生物学的精神医学会および日本総合病院精神医学会評議員、『日本神経精神薬理学会雑誌』編集委員、『臨床精神薬理』編集委員など

荒井 まゆみ
1968年、千葉県生まれ。1994年からシアトル市在住。米国・ワシントン州シアトル市ワシントン大学女性学部卒業。2001年からシアトルの法律事務所勤務。現在は、シアトル市にて翻訳活動に専念(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
