数ある動作改善本のなかでより具体的に迫っている内容は他の抽象的な書籍をしのぐ良書である。
著者はよくここまで細かく自身の身体や学術知識を駆使してそれぞれのメソッドを仕上げたなと感心する。
実際トヨタ自動車でエンジニアをしていた経歴を持つ彼だからこそここまで詳細に理論を組み立てられたのだろう。
メソッドとしてはそう複雑なものではないがそこで得られる感覚を体験できるかにかかっているため動作理論の理解と精神を研ぎ澄ます必要がある。
身体動作改善を目指す同志には必見の一冊であることを保証します。

体幹を操作する方法を体系立て、理論的に説明した良書です。
著者の提唱する「体幹内操作システム」が、身体操法の改善に大いに有効であると予感しています。
著者のHPには本書で紹介している動作を動画で見れますので、本書と併せて利用するとよいでしょう。

　本書は、体系付けられたしっかりした理論の上に成り立っている。最後の甲野善紀氏との対談も興味深く読ませていただいた｡
　しかしながら、難しい｡分かりにくいというほうが良いであろうか？素人が手を出して読める内容まで落としきってないように感じた｡わかりやすくするには、もう一段階手前の説明を図にしてほしい｡
　初心者が本書を読んでも、実践を積まないと理解は困難なように思う｡
　DVDになるとわかりやすくなるのではないだろうか？
