「私は販売の仕事が天職です」

この言葉は著書の最初の一行です。
もし「あなたの天職は何ですか？」と聞かれた時に、どれだけの人がハッキリと一言で答える事出来るでしょうか？
一言で言いきれる著者には、それだけ明確な目的とその先に描く夢を持ち実践していく強い意志を感じる事が出来ます。一貫してブレない「家族」の為、「笑顔」を作り出す為という事が根底にあるので非常に読み易いです。

販売ではなく営業経験しかない私にも、お客様との接し方や共感を得る方法等、多くの共通項がありました。著書に書かれている事は販売のみではなく、コミュニケーション術にも応用出来る事が多々あると思います。普段多くの人が漠然的に思っている事が、分かり易く言語化して具体的エピソードに沿って書かれているので、読むとスッキリした気分になれるはずです。
理念、理想のみではなく、あくまでも「今、出来る事」に焦点を当て「目の前のお客様に貢献する事だけを考えて接客する」という視点で描かれています。

成功のコツは、「あなたが変わればすべてが変わる！」

この本を読んでいると
著書　成田直人君が
販売をしている現場をまさに
１ｍ手前で実況中継しているような感覚になります。
こんな風に接客されたら、本当にすごいよねという
内容が満載です。
仕事をしていく喜びを知り、本当に毎日が充実していきます。
1500円は安いです。

まとめ買いした中で、いやな上司はスタバ、とこの、販売術、は刺激的でした。著者の勢いが伝わって来ました。この方は初出版見たいですが素晴らしい本です。次回作も期待します。
