末期ガン。
紛れも無く訪れる死が現実的に目の前に突き付けられて以降、毎日が絶望の連続であろう。
外科手術でがんの組織を取り除いても一時的な治癒である事を知らなければがんの根治は容易ではない。
その点筆者は"がんは慢性病"と言い切り徹底的な体質改善を訴える。熱意溢れる筆致で一気に読ませて頂けた。
その為に一番大きな要因である食生活を見直す事が必須である事を教えてくれる良書だ。
