普通のビジネス書籍とはずいぶん趣が違います。伊藤氏は、自身の成功の理由を「神の導き」と語っています。比喩で言うのではなく、宗教観や聖書中の言葉などを盛んに語っており、それを信じて歩めば、宇宙の摂理が自然と成功へと導いてくれるのだ、ということのようです。

相当に大胆な経営論と言うべきでしょうか。人によっては、精神論にすぎない、と思うかもしれません。が、私が本書を読んで思ったのは、そのような伊藤氏のある種の「解釈力」、世の中や人間や人生を解釈する力の豊かさこそが、「現実的に」、関西アーバン銀行の再生を可能にしたのに違いない、ということです。

いかに高邁な理想や、優れた戦略やビジネスモデルがあっても、それを信じて実行しなければ現実は動かない。それはもちろん信仰とは異なりますが、信仰に似ているものでもあります。「これは自分の使命なのだ」とか「お客様のために尽くすことが良い結果につながるのだ」と信じて突き進む、その決意や勇気の根底に、氏のそうした世界観や人生観といったものがあるのではないか、と感じました。

普段、論理による解釈に慣れきっている私たちに、別種の解釈力の存在と、その強さを示唆してくれる一冊です。

Spiritualな事を立場あるビジネスマンは、例え信じても誤解を恐れて言及することを控えていたと思う。

宇宙の理（創造主の意図）に合うことをすれば、経営は上手く行くとは多分多くのビジネスマンの中で口にはしないが当たり前に認められていることを、見事元三井住友銀行常務、現関西アーバン銀行頭取という立場から明言したことは新しい時代の到来を予感させる。

著者はクリスチャンという立場から、宇宙観、哲学感を分かり易く解説している。

スピリチュアルなことに関心がある人は、そういったことと現実のギャップが
あることが多いケースがそれなりに、あったのではないかと思います。
この本の著者は、そういった精神性を見事に事業に生かして関西銀行の経営状況を
見事に立て直しています。
伊藤さんのシンプルな言葉には深い含蓄があります。
いま、ここの日常に生かせる想念の法則、宇宙の摂理にのっとった生き方、
そういった原点を持って、現実の問題に取り組んだ人の生の言葉がここにあります。
ぜひ一度、その言葉に触れてみてください。何かを心に感じるのではないでしょうか。
