　子どもは一日の大半を、家庭と学校（幼稚園）で過ごす。そこでの扱われ方によって、人格形成に大きな影響が出ることは当然のことで、私たち大人は子どもへの言葉掛けにもっと気を配っていく必要がある。
　本書には、ちょっとした心がけ次第で変えていける、子どもに対する話し方についてのアドバイスが書かれている。どれも難しいことではないが、意識していないとついついおろそかになってしまうことばかりで、大変ためになった。

「子ども」はの部分を「人」に変えただけの本を3年前に
出している人が出す、子どものコミュニケーションの本

内容は、まず挨拶の重要性を述べています、きちんと挨拶ができる
子は人にかわいがられるという忘れがちな事項を触れています。
その上で、子どもとのコミュニケーションについて目で語りかけることや
”見いだすまで”考えさせるなどのコミュニケーションが続いています。
コミュニケーションは聞き上手であることそしてほめ方、叱り方についても
触れており、最後にこれらを総合すると（何がかわるのかが不明ですが）
9割変わるそうです。

著者の福田健さんは、1961年に中央大学を卒業されています。つまり
このぐらいに22歳ぐらいと考えると2009年の今では70歳のおじいさんという
ことになります。内容としては小学校受験の本に載ってある程度の
内容と感じました。70歳のおじいちゃんが最近の挨拶ができない親と
子どもを見て、挨拶ぐらいできないとダメだよと説いている本の様に
お見受けしました。

同じ著者の本として、”好感度が300％UPする「謝り方」”とか
”「話し方」の品格”など題名の付け方が秀逸です。
新書で800円と安いことと、とても読みやすいのですぐ読めて
しまうのがこの本の良いところでは無いかと考えます。

　毎朝職場に挨拶もせずに入ってくる方がいます。私が「おはよう」と声をかけて入っていっても返事の無い職場があります。
　小さな声でかたちだけ「おはよ」と入ってくる方がいます。子供も大人もまず挨拶が出来ないと人間関係を作り上げることはできません。
　あなたは自分の部下、子供に対して挨拶をしていますか。
　子供と話している親を見ると、子供の気持ちを読み取って、こどもより先に先に指示してしまう親がいます。
　子供が自分で考える時間を与えることが子供の成長を考える上で一番大切な点だと教えてくれます。
　子供の成長も、部下の成長もあなたの言葉遣いで変わることを教えてくれる一冊です。
