よく願望実現の本には、強く願わないと叶わないということが書いてあることが多いですが
この著者は、ご自信の経験により、最初は強く願う必要があるけど、あまり強すぎると、かえってできてないことを強化してしまうので、ちょっと抑えたぐらいでちょうどいい。とも書いてあります。実際にこのほうが願いが叶ってるようです。ちょっと意外でしたが、すぐに実行
できることがわかりやすく書いてあるので、ほんとにオススメの本です。NLPがなんなのか、わからなくても大丈夫な本です。1つでも実現したい夢のあるかたにぜひオススメします。

人は変われるということをNLPの基本的な知識や考え方とともに伝わってきています。著者の体験談が多く語られていて、とても読みやすかったです。NLPを願望実現にどう生かしていくか、そのヒントを知りたい方にお勧めです。

「願いがかなうNLP」は、願望実現の指南書というより、人生の応援歌のような、生きて行く上での沢山の希望を与えてくれる内容です。

筆者がどの様にして、ご自身の夢を実現してきたのかを縦糸に、NLPにおける願望実現の手法を横糸にして織り上げた一枚のタペストリーのような作品です。

仕事の空き時間を利用して読み進めていたのですが、終盤にかかった頃の内容に涙が溢れてきて、それを隠しながら仕事を続けなければなりませんでした。

現在を肯定し、ありのままの自分を承認する事ができれば、未来も過去さえも劇的に変わってゆくことを赤裸々に示してくれた筆者のあり方に感動を覚えました。

実践的なテクニックを身につけたいのであれば、本書を読んだ後に他にも読んでみるのがいいかと思います。
