かつて電車通勤をしていた私は生き延びるすべとして切実に座る技術を開拓していたが、この本の内容は、なるほど納得、その通り！と言うわざばかりだ。
何より抱腹絶倒の文章で紹介される技術は、座ることを悲壮感を伴ったサバイバル術ととらえていた私の横面を張り、かつ腹筋を痙攣させてくれた。
ページ下の小さいコメントまで吹き出すほど面白い。それは真実を語っているからだ。並のギャグマンガより笑えた・・・。

　通勤地獄を味わう一人として、本屋で平積みになっているところを思わず買ってしまいました。実際使うかはともかく(実用性は低いです…)、笑えることは間違いなしの、“通勤電車で座るための70のアイデア集”です。
　「なるほど、確かにそうかも」という程度のアイデアから、わかるわかると頷いてしまうアイデア、鋭い…とうならせるもの、実用性ゼロですが笑えるもの、せこすぎたり「何もそこまで…」と苦笑するもの、と様々です。満員電車がここまで奥が深いとは……。イラストもいい味を出しています。面白いです！

　ある意味究極の実用書だし、その下らなさに（いい意味で）
脱力します。しりあがり寿のイラストもかなり笑えます！！

　それに、すごく礼儀・マナーを守った本なんです。
「座る技術」と言いながら、「お年寄り・妊婦さんに席を譲ろう」
とか「横入り・押し出しは禁止」「ゴミは持ち帰ろう」とか。
その辺りがすごく共感できました☆

…なによりこの本を読みながら電車で立っていたら、
そのタイトルを見て周りがさりげなく席を譲ってくれそう（笑）
「この人、本気で座りたいんだ」って
