資格試験関連の書籍を主に販売している出版社の本です。

問題が、科目の体系・分野別にまとめられ、見開きで左側に問題、右側に解答、及び解説がレイアウトされています。また、問題や解説のタイトル文字や見出しに濃淡が施されており、見易いような工夫がされています。

解答には、問題毎の難易度が「難しい」「普通」「易しい」の３段階で表示され、客観的な難易度の判断をつかみ易いです。また、問題解説に入る前に、問題に関する判例や着眼点、条文の知識等が「POINT」としてコンパクトにまとめられており、知識確認や整理に役立ちます。

解説自体も、必要十分な内容が分かり易く読み易い形に配置されているので、好感がもてます。また、解説の右下部分に３つの日付欄があり、問題演習を行った日付を書き込んで記録出来るような配慮もされています。

さらには、最後の方に平成２０年度本試験問題も載せてあるので、実際に自分で時間を計って全問題を一気に解くことで、問題毎の時間配分や解く順序をシュミレートするのに便利だと思います。

このように、非常に良く出来た本なのですが、問題・解説が見開きであるので、ページを開いた途端（意識しないようにはしているのですが）、何気に解説の解答番号が目に入る場合があります。もっとも、これは出版社側が、問題を解いてすぐに解答・解説にあたることが出来るようにアクセスタイムを考慮してのことだと思いますが、これは好みの分かれる点だと思います。自分には、唯一この点が気になりました。

合格率が低くなって来た最近の行政書士試験に短期間で合格するには、本格的なものを最初から繰り返し使用するのが近道。本書はレベル、ボリュームともに十分。
