ランチに何を食べるのかさえ迷ってしまう自分なので、ちょっとでもそれがマシになればいいなあと思って、この本を買いました。特筆すべきは最初の診断テスト。このテストで自分の悪いところが分かってしまいます。少なくとも私の診断結果はあまりにも的確だったので驚いてしまいました。これまでの自分が、なぜ“決められない”ことに悩んでいたのかはっきりしました。

自分の弱点が分かれば、後は本を読み進めるだけ。見開き2ページごとにトピックスがまとめられているので、読みやすいです。1〜2日あれば読めてしまうほど気楽に読めますが、内容はそれなりに濃かったです。自分が仕事場や日常生活での振る舞いで気をつけなければならないことが、すっと頭に入りました。

また、自己啓発の本には海外の著者のものが結構あり、いいことが書いてあるには違いないのでしょうが、自分には実践できないなあと感じるものも多々あります。本書は日本人著者によるものなので、日本人にあった方法を解説しているのが良かったです。これも読みやすかった一因かと思います。

　物事を素早く決められない。あなたは何型の悩み多きパターンだろうか。最初にチャートで自分の主なタイプが分かる。私は完璧を求めるために答えを探し続けるグズグズ型と出た。完璧を求める行動を改めれば生産性の高い人間になれるだろう。

　人生、決められないでは済まされないことも多いが、全く悩むことの無い人間は、心がないと言っても過言ではない。悩むのは悪いことではない。悩む自分を責めない方が良い。

　また、大きな企業で働く人ほど決断力が育たない可能性が高いというのも自戒した方が良いかもしれない。
