　相田みつをさんの言葉には勇気づけられます。そして、書家でもある相田さんの字には味わい深さがあります。レビューで字の持つ雰囲気が伝わらないのが残念です。そして、シンプルな言葉なんですけども、納得のいく言葉ばかり。

　自分の心の状態は自分で決められるというのは、まさに自己管理だと思います。プラスに考えることもできるし、マイナスに考えることもできる。それは、自分自身で選択できると思うと、ある意味で気が楽になります。

相田みつをさんの書や詩は私達に元気を与えてくれます。

元気をなくしたときはこの本を見れば元気が出てきて、また頑張れると

思います。自分の宝物の本になりました。

相田みつをの本には暖かさが包まれています。
他人を批判するではなく、自分を卑下するのではなく、暖かい気持ちやさりげない気遣いが生きていると思います。
心に沁みる良書だと思います。
