5.0 out of 5 stars 毒にも薬にもなる、真に読むべき本, 2003/4/20
この本を読む事は強烈な体験でした。

なにも文章が激しいわけではありません。むしろ、丁寧に優しく（また易しく）書かれています。
しかし、内容の痛切さにおいて他に並ぶものを知りません。
ここまで書いて良いのか、と動揺してしまいました。

あまりにも、本当のことが書いてあり、それを読むと指導者（リーダー）たることの厳しさを思い知らされます。

それによって自分にはリーダーの素質が無いと諦めてしまう人もいるかもしれません。逆に奮起できる人もいるでしょう。
読む人によって、毒にも薬にもなります。

そのどちらにせよ、リーダーとして（リーダーを目指すものとして）の自分の立っている場所を確認する事が出来ます。
その意味で、読む価値があることだけは確かです。おすすめ!です。

一つ一つ当たり前といえば、当たり前。だが松下幸之助が中国、日本の歴史上の人物の例をあげて説明し非常に説得力がある。
見開きの2ページで一つの条が完結しているのも読みやすくしている。
どこを読んでも思い当たる節のある良い本だ。

昭和期の希代の経営者であり指導者であった松下幸之助が、古今の智者や英傑に絡んだ逸話を基に102ヵ条に渡って指導者たるものが心すべき事をかみ砕いて説明した智書です。

語りかけるようなやさしい文章に加えて一項目あたり見開き2ページにまとめられており簡単に読み通せますが、そこに詰まった知恵は珠玉です。ここに書かれた教えは時を超えても古びることなく輝き続けていくことでしょう。巻末の人名索引と内容索引が、一読後に座右の書として活用する際の助けになります。

小さなグループの長であろうが、大企業のトップであろうが、人の上に立つ人はすべからく心すべき不変の真理がここにあります。
