「管理会計とはなにか」ということを知らない人がなんとな〜くイメージを掴むための本、もしくは、管理会計の基本を学んだ人が頭を整理するための本といった感じでしょうか。
研修会での会話形式は、私には読みにくかったですが、内容自体は簡素で事例も多く、理解は進みやすいように思います。特に、第３章「損か得かを考えよう」は、日ごろ感覚的に理解しているつもりのことを事例を通じて再認識でき、頭がすっきりしました。
ただ、「経理の本」という割には、内容は総花的ですので、しっかりと基礎を学びたい人には不向きと思います。

本書3章の｢損か得かを考えよう｣に9つの演習問題があるのですが、この9つを真剣に考えてみて下さい。非常に簡単な問題ではあるのですが、管理会計の基礎を完全に習得することができます。
非常にお薦めの1冊です。

　前著『社長になる人のための経理の本』と同様に、研修会方式で書かれているのが特徴である。

　管理会計の論点は、ほぼ全てカバーしているが、１章や２章、３章は、前著における管理会計の箇所の説明とほぼ同じで、がっかりした。

　あともう少し事例を増やした方が理解につながると考えられる。

会計や簿記・原計の知識がある人には、総復習のための１冊となるだろう。
