　米国を中心とした資本の論理や株主資本主義といった考え方が多くの日本企業にも導入され、特に、日本の上場企業では、かつてとは比較にならないほど株主を意識した経営が求め
られている。

　ただ、顧客価値を生み出すのはあくまで現場である。現場を重視する経営をしてきたからこそ、トヨタやホンダ、ソニーなど一流のグローバル企業が日本にも誕生したのではないだろうか。

　しかし、株主資本主義と現場主義は、決して相対立する概念ではないと著者は言う。価値創造主体である現場を重視し、現場の力を高めることは、結果として株主を重視することにもつながるからだ。本書ではこのような経営上の観点から、今こそ、現場主義の重要性を改めて事例も紹介しながら主張している。

　米国発の今回の金融危機は、こうした日本流の現場起点の経営の重要性を改めて、多くの人に再認識させるようになったのではないだろうか。

「現場力を『計画』で終わらせないために」という副題にそって、
現場力の手本・事例が紹介されていて理解が深まります。
人が人（他人・相手）と組織化されるには互いの理解、
共通の認識、「見える化」が必要です。
お客様の声が経営にも現場にも刺激を与えます。
また、生み出したモノよりも、
生み出す力が「宝」です。
具体化したイメージとして、「花」「土壌」「種」も分かります。
そして、この本で気に入った箇所は、
Ｐ６７「人づくりのための投資とは、お金をかけることではなく、
経営幹部がどれだけ自らの時間をかけたかである。」
でした。

「見える化」「現場力を鍛える」に続き本書を読ませていただきました。
営業現場で働くものとして組織の「しつけ」と「くせ」づくりの箇所は本当に現場力を高める技として必須のものと共感をいたします。
