5.0 out of 5 stars 幻想に魅せられし者は一読せよ！, 2005/8/18
ギルガメシュ叙事詩、オシリス神話、それからグリム童話のあたりは
親近感もありませんでしたが（前者二つなどは特に知らないので）、
アンデルセン「影法師」・ゴシック小説・ヴェルヌ・ネルヴァルへと
運ばれる筆の動きを追っていくと、自分の情念が著者の筆致と相
競うように絡み合うのを感じました。作家・作品について当然まだ
わたしが読んでもいないものも多くありましたが、それが気にならない内容。

とにかく著者の幻想文学への思い入れが非常によく分かる文章に
なっていて、全力の文だと感じれば感じるほど幸福な読書体験になるでしょう。
精神分析や民俗学的な専門用語を使うこともあえて辞さなかったと
あとがきにあるように、分析が過ぎたり勇み足ではなど気になるかも
知れませんが、それすらも幻想作品を結ぶ系譜を自由に行き来する
フットワークを思わせ心地よく読めました。

図書館から借りた本なのですが、せっかく文庫になっているので
購入することにしましたよ。
