巷で出回っているコーチングなる技術がありますが
これは正直に言って、既にある程度のレベルに達している人で
なければ意味がありません。
知識不足ではコーチングは生かされないのです！

この本は、部下をお持ちの方総てに役に立つ。
普通のサラリーマン社会・水商売・飲食業・徒弟制度の職場、どこで
働くにしても、完全に一人で行うという方は少ないはず。
P140からの頭のいい育て方14のコツは必見。

教え下手な頑固な職人肌の人間にこそ読んでほしい本です。

図解による主題の明確化と課題の発展的な解決をPDCAサイクルに従って導く開米学派の奥伝が「教え方」という切り口で詳述されています。教え方だけ知ろうとしてもその背後にある図解技法の理解が前提になります。賢く読むならば教え方の背景としての図解技法も習得できる免許皆伝の書です。壮大な図解技法山脈の見取り図を作れれば快挙だろうと思いつつ読みました。剱岳に例えるなら最重要「三角点」を据え付けた得たような気持ちになる本です。

前作の「ＩＴの専門知識を素人に教える技」（「奇跡の営業所」の著者でもある森川氏との共作）では同じティーチングの本でもＩＴの分野に特化した本でしたが、今回はすべての業界や分野で普遍的に適応できるように、体系的にかつ実践的にまとめられています。この本を読めば、プレゼンやコーチングとの違いや、部下や後輩達に今までどうして仕事をうまく理解してもらえなかったのかが大変よくわかります。さらにコーチングよりもティーチングの方が重要であることも理解できます。しかも、この本自体がティーチングの原則にしたがって書かれているので、無駄がいっさいなく、とてもわかりやすくなっており、ティーチングの良い実例となっています。
