4.0 out of 5 stars 巧妙なトリックそして家政婦シリーズの原点, 2002/4/23
松本清張の作品は何回もテレビドラマ化されており映像で、幾回か見たことがありますが、さてこの短編集表題作「事故」はどうなのかと思って読んだのですが、やはり、昔ドラマ化されたのを見た記憶が頭に掠めたのかどうにも其の事件の展開と言い真相への究明と言い見たことのあるような気がする不思議な予感が過ぎりました。とは言いつつも全く関係のないように見えた事故と殺人事件とが実は巧妙な関連性を覗かせてしまうそのトリックの妙はもうたださすがと唸るばかりです。警察の初期の捜査でもそのつながり関連性を見抜かれることなくこのまま犯人の完全犯罪が成立するのかとやきもきさせられたところ意外なところから自分のまいた種からほころびを見せてしまうそこまでの展開は目が離せずくぎ付け状態でした。「熱い空気」人気シリーズ「家政婦は見た」シリーズの原点ともいえるべき小説だそうです。この家政婦河野信子からあの家政婦石崎秋子が生まれたのかと思うと凄いと思いました。其の家政婦を通して如実に表れる大学の教授様のお偉いお方の人様のお家の内情は余りに生々しく思わず笑ってしまいました。ただ石崎秋子と異なり家政婦河野信子の其の鬱屈とした実態は蔑ろにされている其の屈辱感からその後家庭実態を暴きだして面白い家庭の実情を垣間見せてくれるのはいいのですがやり方があまりに壮絶と言うよりいやらしいこと極まりなかったので、見てはいけないものをみてしまったというよりなんか鬱蒼として嫌な気分になってしまいました。とは言うものの人気シリーズ｢家政婦は見た｣の原点にこのじめじめした家政婦がいたのかと思ったらとても興味深い物がありました。そしてドラマ化されたテレビドラマはやはり見たことがあるような気がしました。
