藤田 志穂
千葉県出身。1985年生まれ。高校卒業後、ギャルのイメージを一新させる「ギャル革命」を掲げ、19歳で起業しシホ有限会社G‐Revoを設立。ギャルの特性を活かしたマーケティング業務を特化し、様々な商品開発やプロモーションを行う。またギャル社長としての経験を活かし、様々な講演会に出演。さらに自ら積極的に環境問題やエイズ予防活動も行なっている。そして2008年12月に社長を引退し、現在は食の問題について活動をスタート。若者が食や農業に興味を持つキッカケを作るため「ノギャル」プロジェクトを立ち上げ、秋田県での「シブヤ米」作りや、ギャルママ野菜収穫ツアー、イケてる農作業着企画など様々な角度からプロジェクトを展開中(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

ギャル農業ーこのタイトルをみたときは、何だ？これー　みたいな感じであったが
実際に読んで観るといろいろ学べることがある。

農業や食糧問題への関心を広げて強めるにはどういう観点で取り組めばいいかがこ
の本にはあると思う。
普通、ギャルと農業が結びつかないからこのこのタイトルがあるのだろうが、それ
を結びつける実践をやっているのが、著者であり、支える人々である。この本に書かれて
いることは農業、食糧への関心を高める方法へのヒントになる。


･「農作業は子育てと一緒」という言葉
･作った米をシブヤ米として売り出すこと
･富士山のみえる畑で野菜作りもやっていること
･その野菜をシブヤで実際に若者に食べさせた
･ギャルママ農業体験ツアー

書かれていることの断片であるが、ここからも多くの発想のヒントをもらえるし
今この社会で起きていることの断面を知ることができる

そして、著者はたびたびお母さんの教えや言葉に触れている。このお母さんの言葉や教えは
普遍的なものがある。ここでも学べる。

　行きつけの書店でふと目に留まった『ギャル農業』のタイトル。
「えっ、なにそれ？　ネタ？」と怪しみつつ手にした本の太い帯
には小松菜を手に微笑む著者御近影と、でかいトラクターの前で
ポーズをとる５人のギャルの姿が・・・「ｱ、アリエネェ ;;;」
やられました。前頭葉が痺れたままレジへ。

　19歳で「ギャルマーケティング」会社を立ち上げた著者が、
昨年末社長を退任し農業プロジェクトを立ち上げるまでの流れ、
そして秋田県大潟村で「シブヤ米」を作るまでのいろいろなエピ
ソードや野菜づくりプロジェクトなどを、明るい語り口で語って
くれます。

　この本は『買い』です。読むと清々しい気持ちになるし、元気
をもらえます。著者のとにかくまっすぐで一途な姿勢がいいです。
思わず応援したくなります。シブヤ米購入に１口乗ろうかな。

ギャル革命も読ませていただきましたが、この本で「きっかけ」をつかむ人も多いのではないでしょうか。
自分も農業を勉強していますが、同じ世代で、農業について同じことを考えている人がいるというのは、とてても勇気付けられました。

自分にとっては、若者世代が農業に対して、どのように考えているのを知る、とてもいい内容でした。
ギャルたちの気持ちをよく知っている、ギャル社長だからこそ書ける内容だと思います。
就農率が低下している中、就農率向上を考える人たちは、若者の気持ちを知るために、読んで損はないと思います。

藤田さんが、農業をどのように考え、どのように実践し、若者たちに伝えようとしているのかといったないようですが、それ以外にも、藤田さんの成功の秘訣なども書かれています。
藤田さんの想いが、純粋にこめられた１冊だと思います。
前向きになれる内容ですよ。
