これまで私は「猫写真集」が嫌いでした。なんだか、かわいさが作られている気がして。
でも、この写真集には、本当の猫が写っています。しなやかで、神々しくて、自由で、かわいくて、柔らかくて、ちょっとお茶目で。
猫に会えない日も、私はこの写真集で我慢できます。でも見るたびに、結局「やっぱり猫に会いたい！」という衝動に駆られてしまうのですが（笑）。すべての猫好きに見せたい、猫写真集の大傑作。

動物写真家、岩合さんの作品です。

野性的な姿も、親分風吹かせている姿も、
興味あるものに夢中になっている姿も、
遊びの天才！なところも、
ちょっと間延びした姿も、
私達を癒してくれます。

暖かい午後の日差しのような優しさで、
写真のネコたちを撫でてあげたくなります。

レビユーを書きまくっておいて、こんなことを言うのも申し訳ないのですが、
レビューを読んで本やCDを買うことはまずありません。
でもこの写真集だけは別です。皆さん｢動物を撮らせたら岩合さん｣とおっしゃるし、
表紙の写真だけで、もう気に入ってしまいました。現物を見るまで気がつかなかったのですが、
鼻の先に、ちっちゃなはなちょうちん。よく撮れますねえ。見返しの足跡の写真もいいデザインです。
日本の風景と調和した日本のネコ、世界の美男美女、どの一枚を見ても顔がほころんでしまいます。
｢ネコが幸せになればヒトが幸せになり、地球が幸せになる。」
帯にそう書いてありますが、本当にそう思います。
ネコを飼っている人はもちろん、道ばたでネコに会うと｢ニャン｣と挨拶してしまう人、
お勧めです!!
