完全版をまとめた本です。全巻集めてから読んだ方が一番楽しめます。過去にも『剣心秘伝』、『剣心華伝』と、まとめた本が出ましたが、それらを読んだ人でも楽しく読めます。
内容は、キャラ一人ひとりの細かいデータがギッシリ載っています。例えば十本刀、不二の身長840cm、体重1280kg(笑)なんてのも。他にも、完全版の広告や剣心再筆についてなど、もう一度１巻から読みたくなります。
るろ剣は何度読み返しても楽しめる漫画であり、むしろ読むごとに味が出ると思います。これを読むと物語を更に深く知ることができます。るろ剣は自分にとって最高の漫画だと改めて感じました。

マンガやアニメのガイドブックは数あれど、ここまで作り手の愛に満ち満ちた本は見たことがありません。
完全版未収録の絵(単行本の書き下ろしカバー、折り返しカバーの作者コメント、背表紙)が網羅され、別冊特典にはジャンプ誌上に載っていたあの宣伝達が!
それだけでもお腹いっぱい。
更に光と影として時系列ごとにキャラを対比させているのですが、その文章は出来る限り似せられています。
キャラごとに見るもよし、相似点を見比べながら見るもよし。見方によって味の変わる作りでお腹ぱんぱん。
ページをめくれば愛、愛、愛…。
このあふれる愛は一方通行。買った人が受け止めることで初めて相思相愛になるのでしょう。そうしてやっと皆伝が完了する…。
そんな風に思えてならない、素晴らしい出来映えです。
カバー裏の再筆は幕末ファンなら一見の価値あり、です。

各種データが充実しており、設定資料集としては面白いとは思いますが、基本的に過去に出版された本編を下敷きとしたものであり、「剣心華伝」の「春に桜」のような追加のお話がないのは残念。
ファンなら、買って損はないと思います。
