無人島でのサバイバルといえば、まず「ロビンソン・クルーソー」
そして、本作品の作者であるヴェルヌの手による
「十五少年漂流記（２年間のバカンス）」でしょうか？
でも、私はこの「ミステリアス・アイランド（神秘の島）」が
一番の傑作だと思います。

ロビンソンは１人。一方、十五少年・・・や本作品は複数人でのサバイバル。

しかし、十五少年はその性質上できることは１人のロビンソン同様。
また、どちらも基本的にはぎりぎり生きているという印象でした。

が、本作品では複数の主人公がみな、それぞれの技能を生かし、
ないものすべてを一から作り上げ、文化的な１つの文明といえるものまで
作り上げてしまうのです。また、その過程がヴェルヌらしい科学に基づいた

描写で書かれており、いっそうのリアリティをかもします。
人間の”創造力”のすばらしさを見事に描いた一品です。

無人島に持っていきたいですねこれ、それくらい無人島のくらしに夢をあたえてくれます。しかし内容とべつに、登場人物の欄にある人物の名前ん載ってます、これ載せないでいてくれたら感動も倍増したんだけどなあ。
