保崎 秀夫
1926年、神奈川県川崎市生まれ。1948年、慶應義塾大学医学部卒。東京学芸大学助教授をへて、1968年、慶應義塾大学精神神経科教授に就任。慶應義塾大学医学情報センター長、慶應義塾大学病院院長を歴任。1991年に慶應義塾大学名誉教授となる。専門領域は、臨床精神医学一般(うつ病、統合失調症、器質性精神障害など)、精神病理学、司法精神医学(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

　うつ病に関する知識や使用される薬剤、うつ病で治療を受けた方々の実例や家族が気をつけることなどのうつ病に対する全般的な説明がなされています。
平易で読みやすい文章で、うつ病に罹った人への理解、支援の仕方を理解することができます。

患者への対処法にもう少し突き詰めて書いてもらいたい。
