知り合いからプレゼントで貰った一冊です。
落ち込んでいるとき、何かに躓いたとき、迷っているとき・・・
相田さんの言葉を読むと、一つ一つが心にしみこんできます。
人間、誰でも悩み・傷つき・苦しみ、立ち止まりたいときってありますよね？
そんな時、相田さんの詩を読むと、気持ちがスーっと軽くなるんです。

心がつかれきってしまったとき、ビタミン剤になる、そんな一冊です。

毎日の生活で落ち込んだり悩んだりした時は、自分の心を癒してくれそうな本を
買うようにしていますが、今回初めて相田みつをさんの本を購入しました。
何度か目にしたことはありましたが、読んでみたらとても癒されました。
落ち込んでいる時こそ、あたりまえの言葉が心に響きます。
「いのちの根」という詩がとても良く涙が出ました。
一度に読むのはもったいないので、また落ち込んだときに別の書でパワーをもらおうと
思います。

相田みつをさんの魅力が満載の本です。 「トマトとメロン」は、子供に聞かせても面白いと思います。心が痛んだときには読んでみたい一冊です。 そして、大志を抱く人にも読んでもらいたい一冊です。
