この小説はあくまでフィクションだとされていますが、話しのベースとなる、この世の神秘的な部分、科学で今だ解明できない部分、宗教でさえ厳密に教えてくれない、「なぜ？」の部分は、真理に近い様に思えます。
著者は、本当は、その部分を感じてほしくて、お話し形式にしたように思えてなりません。　宗教は、真理は真理として伝えられていても、宗教団体として営んできたのは、所詮、人間であって、歴史的過程のうち、何かが意図的にゆがめられた部分があるように感じます。　宗教も占い同様、信じる気になれない私ですが、物事の真理を見つめたい時、この本は何か確信に近いものがあるように思えました。　なぜだろう、なんなんだろうという好奇心のある方は、楽しめる一冊だと思います。　フィクション小説としても楽しいです。

みなさんの言われる通り、人によって「読む時期」があるのだと思います。

私は偶然図書館で見つけて（これも偶然の一致でしょうね）何気なしに読んだのですが、
今現在の自分にたくさんの生きるヒントを与えてくれました。

この感動を多くの人にも伝えたいと思い、いろいろな人に紹介しましたが、
実際に読んでくれる人はほんのわずかです。

少し残念ではありますが、きっとその人にとって今は最適な時期ではないのでしょう。
でも、いつか人生の最前の時にこの本のことを思い出し、本当の幸せを得て欲しいと思います。

こう書くと、信じない人からは馬鹿みたいに思われるかもしれないけど、その人にとって読む時期という時期に読まないと、ちっとも面白くない本なのでは。私自身、もしこの本に出会うのがもっと早い時期だったなら、最後まで読まなかったかもしれないです。でも、今の私にはすごい全部納得できるというか、読みながら、全て書かれている順に納得できることばかりで、自分だけじゃないんだ、みたいな不思議な気持ちになりました。
