私は著者の倉橋隆行先生の大ファンです。私自身、大阪で賃貸不動産業を長年営んでおり、今年初めて不動産投資家1年生になりました。この本は不動産投資、賃貸不動産の運営を失敗しちゃダメだという著者のメッセージ性がよく伝わります。ある意味不動産投資で、一般の方が見抜けない箇所を抜粋した、不動産投資のガイドラインに代わるものだと思います。要所要所を掻い摘んでいるので内容が濃くておもしろく、あっと言う間に読みきりました。幅広い層の方が読める本ですし、私の様な1業者の方が読んでも、勉強になると思います。業者の目から見ても内容が現実的でした。

　不動産投資のノウハウを本で学んでも、経験の乏しい素人が適切に不動産を選択することはできない。結局は不動産投資コンサルタントに依頼しなさいと言っているのと同じである。
　また、借入金でレバレッジをかけて不動産を買い進むことを推奨しているが、物件価格の下落リスクや空室リスク等にはほとんど触れていない。著者はそれでうまくいったかもしれないが、高いリターンには高いリスクがついているのであって、鵜呑みにすると危険な内容だと思う。

素人のたまたま成功した体験を綴った不動産投資本が数多ある中、「投資」というものに対する基本的な考え方を基礎としながら「不動産投資」の特殊性を分かりやすく解説してくれています。

私は縁あってアパートを最近購入し経営し始めましたが、自宅を購入するべきか否か（不動産屋には買うなと勧められた）、ローンの借り方をどうするか（今は元利均等返済）等、本書を読んで目を開かれる箇所が随所にありました。あと二度くらい再読しようと思います。
