　 『 1998 』 以降続く、年代シリーズの2000年ヴァージョン、『 ゼロ 』 。　ジャケットの異なるバージョン がありますが中身は同じのようです。（厳密にはブックレットが逆になる形ですが）
「 ファンキーでムーディー、より洗練された２０作目の記念すべきアルバム。 」　カメラ撮影、グラフィック・デザインなどトータルに ヨコタ 自身が手が手掛けています。

　全体的にアッパーで、パーカッシブなリズムが良い仕上がりになっています。　Tr.1 " Go Ahead " ~Tr.3 " Could Heaven Ever Be Like This " までの流れは、一連の作品。　そして " Life Up " の優しい風が吹き、 " Come On My World " と " Feel My Love " のアッパー・チューン。　また " Music " では後のアルバム 『 Sound of Sky 』 の一部を聴く事ができます。（ ほんの一瞬ですが … ）
　スキントーン 発の作品とは見事に作風や雰囲気、イメージを変えているところには脱帽モノです。
