天然石（ジェムストーン）と14kゴールドフィルドパーツ、シルバーワイヤー等を使ったアクセサリー製作本です。 ジェムストーンの種類説明や基本パーツに関する説明などもあって、 英語が読める方はより楽しめる内容になっています。 写真はどれもとても綺麗で眺めるだけでもうっとりします。 レシピは英語解説のみでほとんど図解がないので、中級者〜向けかと思います。

今までめがね留だけでアクセサリーを制作していましたが、ワイヤーの綺麗な使い方など参考になることが載っていました。 ドロップカットの天然石ビーズやチェーンの使い方など４０点ほど載っています。 中の説明文は 中学生レベルの英語で理解できます。 見ているだけでも綺麗で楽しくなる、そんな本でした。

英語はわからなくても、デザインのヒントを得るには大変参考になります！ある程度自分でデザインして制作している、中級以上の方向けに良いと思います。 同じ物は作りませんが、こんな事もできるんだ、というだけでなく、美しい天然石のワイヤーアクセサリーの写真集としても十分楽しめました。思いきって買ってみて良かったです！
