ジャケ買いしました。
The Shinsを知らなかったというのもあり、
ジャケットデザインの異様さからどんな作品なのか全く想像がつきませんでした。
それでも購入したのは正直言うと怖いもの見たさでした。
注文して届くまで、どんな作品なのか気になって仕方なかったです。
暗く陰気臭いような作品なのか、それとも逆なのか。

結果を言うと買って正解、まさに「当たり」でした。
優しさと暖かさを感じさせるサウンドは、どこか懐かしさもありました。
素朴で、余計な添加物一切なしといったような演奏、楽器の響きはとても心地良くて
ボーカルもとても安心感ある歌い方。
だけど、たまに風が吹いてブワッと舞い上がるような、強弱というのかアクセントをつけて歌うのですが、そこがとても絶妙でとても上手いです。
本当に風がずっと吹いてるような作品。風は強かったり弱まったり。目をつぶれば色んな風景が浮かぶような、そんな作品。
音を楽しめる作品。素晴らしい作品。
ジャケットにとらわれないで一度聴いてみてください。

2曲目Australiaは、まさにサマーポップ。暖かくなったらこれを聞きながらドライブしたいですね。
