デビュー当時の歪んだギターバンドから大きく変化した今回のアルバム。
エレクトロだとか巷の評論家に言われ、周りの友達も「くるりはダメになった」とか言うけれど、僕は思わない。
「ワールズエンド・スーパーノヴァ」の持つカラリとした寂しさは「東京」と変わらないものであるし、「男の子と女の子」はくるりの持つ優しくもはかない瞬間を切り取ったものだ。

This is one of those albums that will just play and play on your CD machine.... its fresh, mind-expanding tunes never tire the ear. Remarkably creative, this may be Kururi's best album. If you don't know their work, this is the one to get.

くるりの新境地にして最高傑作！アルバムを出す度に進化していくこのバンドはやはり凄いですね。必ずしも万人に受ける音楽とはいえないけれども、自分の中では一生聴いていくであろう１枚です。
