現在も活動を続けるブルー・チアーですが、音的にはやっぱり初期の頃が圧倒的におもしろい、そして凄い。

1stの１発目『サマータイム・ブルース』の強烈カヴァーからして、近年の機材任せの線細い轟音バンドとはわけが違う。

今でこそ、名ばかりの轟音バンドなど腐るほどいるし、物的に見れば音量だって、今ではそれほどたいしたことはないと言われるのかもしれない。
しかし、断言してしまうなら、そんなやつは即刻自らのギターを、アンプを叩き壊してしまうべきである。
そして、このアルバムを最大音量で部屋中にぶちまけろ！

この圧倒的な線の太さを聴け。この今にも破裂しそうなダイナマイトのような音を感じろ。
近年の轟音バンドに足りないものがココには全てある。

日本ではいまいち知名度が低いブルー・チアー。
このカップリングの発売で少しでも多くのロックを愛する人間が、このバンドに触れてく??ることを願う。
そうすれば、間違いなく、少しはおもしろくなる。
