This abridged version of the APLS manual advertized that the missing chapters could be found on line, along with CME modules, approved for credit. Only 6 of the 13 chapters are on the site and NONE of the modules. Those modules do exist through a site I got onto because I signed up for the APLS course and the credits are $20 each. Trying to get to any of the content through the "personal" access code in your book brings you to a "coming soon" banner. The information in the book did not match the test questions, in one of the on-line modules. They released this before they finished the companion website, and you will be stuck if you are depending on it. Spend the extra $80 and get the prior (4th) edition for now.
