例えが面白くて、多くの管理者は目標を明確にしなく、かつ、部下の評価の態度はあれが達成してないとマイナスのことをいうことを例えて、ボーリングをしてもピンが見えずに、更に結果を管理者が教えるけど「7本ピンが倒れている」のではなく「3本残っている」というのに等しい。なかなかうまい。これを読んだわけではないけど、業績の評価のにおいて、どれを達成したらA、ここまでだとBという具合に個々に数値設定をして、!上司と合意を得ています。最近、始めたのですが、これだと、仕事しやすいですね。上司も、部下の目標を予め真剣に考えてくれるし。
