a very concise review with no didactic mentally exhaustive buzz boxes that keeps one confused after reading whether he should do it or not ( sort of its my way or the high way) which is useful early on to establish the foundation and later on u can add all the argumentative state of the art articles.
that is a hit and run handbook, gives the basic knowledge in a clear way and does not address the pathophysiology or the various modalities of treatment, so it might be inappropriate for test preparation, it was not intended for that in the first place, so it is a very nice handbook whose authors did not forget about this fact while writing it.
