5.0 out of 5 stars pocketbook for MICU, 2009/9/14
Medical Intensive Care Unit（MICU）勤務の時は、いつもスクラブのポケットに入れていて、重宝している。手の平くらいの大きさで軽いのに、かなりの情報量でしかも無駄がない。エヴィデンスの出典までしっかり書いてある。勤務中に３０秒くらいで必要な情報を検索したり、確認したりするのに適している。主に急性期の症候や疾患に対応するためのリソースだが、特にventilator関連（例えば"Weaning from Mechanical Ventilation"）、Toxicology, Renal（"Gaps and Deltas" や各種電解質異常）の章は秀逸で、頻繁に参照している。内科の一般病棟にいるときは白衣のポケットにPocket Medicineが入っているけれど、スクラブには入らないし、何よりMICUではTarascon一冊で事足りてしまうことが多い。とにかく一度手に取って開いてみることをお勧めする。
