これ1枚に瞬発力、腹筋、ストレッチ、キック、パンチすべて入っているので、入門用に最適です。taeboの中でもお気に入りのエクササイズを集めただけに、どれもノリノリでやっていてすごく気持ちいいです。ビリーズ・キャンプを気になっている方は、ビリーズバンドなしでできるこのDVDをお勧めします。他にcelebrity　fitとeliteを購入しましたが、その中でも一番楽しかったのはこれでした。

非常に楽しくできる１枚です。
今日は、何しようかと迷ったときには、これ！
スピード感、テンポ、運動負荷、楽しさありで、ビリーのよさが凝縮しています。
初心者から中級者におすすめです。上級者では、中継ぎでしょうか。
飽きっぽい方には、これを持っているとビリーが長続きします。

TAE BOなのでビリーバンドの使用はなく、
前半は、テンポの速いワークアウトで軽快な有酸素運動です。
30分過ぎから、腕立てや脚のキック等、部分的に負荷がかかってきます。

女性には、朗報ですが、この１枚をメインにしてやると、
脚のむくみがとれて脚が細くなります。
腰のくびれができます。お試しあれ。
男性の場合は、逆三角形の絞込みの基礎になります。
何日か継続してすると、腰周りの筋肉痛があるかもですが、
メリットは大きいです。

ビリーズ・ブートキャンプを始めて４ヶ月が経ちました。
最初の一週間は正に地獄の一週間で、体中が悲鳴を上げていましたが、同時にビリーの魅力に取り付かれ、その後エリート、タエボと購入し、現在１４枚のＤＶＤを所持し、その日の体力と相談して、カーディオ系、パワー系と分けて毎日のように楽しんでいます。

中でもこのフェーバリット・ムーブズは参加しているバックのインストラクターものりのりで、大変楽しいＤＶＤです。

私の中でもフェーバリットですね。

しかし、やはりビリーなのでしっかりと汗を流す事ができ、上肢、下肢、腹筋とバランスよく鍛える事が出来ます。

とにかく楽しくワークアウトできる事請け合いの一本だと思います。
